Merseyhip is a new company formed to provide a service to home buyers and sellers after the amendments to the Housing Act.

Merseyhip employees have a number of years experience in the construction and surveying industry and the principal of the company is fully qualified as a Home Inspector through the SAVA training  route after rigorous training and study.

We intend to market our services to the general public, to Estate Agents, Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers and aim to provide a competitive, flexible, reliable service to all of our clients.Our surveyors can work weekends and evenings when required.
